Jane K. Sears, 92, of Williamsburg, died on April 13, 2016, and heaven received another angel.
Jane was a member of Williamsburg Baptist Church and did extensive work with Al-Anon.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Gene B. Sears; and daughter-in-law, Cary Sears.
She is survived by her daughters, Gail S. Midgett of New Kent and Gwen Bullock (Pepper) of Atlanta; sons, Wayne Sears (Denise) and Larry Sears of Williamsburg; special sister, Patricia S. Kelley; grandchildren, Dallas Nevins, Lane Midgett, Charles Sears, Rachel Sears, Kyle Midgett, Jennifer Fox, P.J. Bullock, Patricia Barr, Jordan Bullock and Morgan Sears; and 18 great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to thank Consulate Health Care for their outstanding support and the love they showed to Jane.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 18, at Williamsburg Baptist Church, 227 Richmond Road, Williamsburg. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Al-Anon organization at Williamsburg Baptist Church.
