Earlene P. Lewis, 72, departed this life to enter into eternal rest after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, April 11, 2016. Her quiet strength and determination led her to be a devoted wife and mother with a prestigious career at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel O. Lewis; daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Wayne Reeves; two brothers and two sisters; and a host of other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held at noon Friday, April 15, with a celebration of life following at 1:30 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
