Kevin Lee Keener, 50, died, Tuesday, February 9, 2016, unexpectedly at his home in Poquoson.
Kevin graduated from Poquoson High School in 1984, was a member of Poquoson Baptist Church and was self-employed as the owner of Moonlight Tinting.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Hilton Lee Keener. He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Terry Baugh Keener; son, Logan Keener of Poquoson; daughter, Krystal Keener-Lang of Poquoson; stepdaughter, Channing Mercer of Poquoson; mother, Marilyn Keener of Hampton; sister, Lysa Keener of Hampton; nephews, Travis Kennington of California and Cody Kennington of Hampton; and niece, Shelby Kennington of Texas.
Visitation was held from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, February 12, at Claytor Rollins Funeral Home, Poquoson. A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 13, at Poquoson Baptist Church, 283 Wythe Creek Road, Poquoson, officiated by Pastor John Pouchot. Burial followed in Hampton Memorial Gardens.
Kevin was a beloved father, husband, son and friend. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
