Walter Alvin Neisz, 96, of Virginia Beach, died Wednesday, March 9, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nettie Carlton Neisz.
Walter is survived by two sons, Kenneth Neisz and Douglas Neisz; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery, Shanghai.
