Vimol ‘Ann’ Foy, 64, passed away peacefully in her home in Virginia Beach on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. Ann was born in Thailand and had been a longtime resident of Virginia Beach. She spent the majority of her life taking care of her late husband, Edward, and her three girls.
She is survived by her daughters, Irene and Amy Foy, both of Chesapeake and Nancy Martindell, and her husband, George, of Pennsylvania; nieces, Michele Heffington and Cassie Bandalos; nephew, Blake Heffington; grandson, Jacob Martindell; and an expected granddaughter.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 12, at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 13, at the Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will immediately follow the service in Rosewood Memorial Park.
