On Wednesday, February 17, 2016, Jack Harold Edwards passed away at home surrounded by his family.

Edwards, who was killed in battle, and his sister, Edna Moore, who served as nurse in the war. Jack was wounded during the Battle of the Bulge and received the Purple Heart.
Jack enjoyed woodworking, gardening, bird-watching, and loved Volkswagen Beetles. He was an honest, hardworking man who did everything so very well, and was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather who provided a wonderful life full of precious memories for his family.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Vernell; son, Harold Wayne Edwards; daughter, Linda E Edmundson; brothers, J.C., Clyde and Bergin; and sister, Edna Moore.
