Patricia “Patty” LaMastra Chaney, 66, of Virginia Beach, passed away on January 17th, 2016. Patty was born in Norfolk, VA on May 28th, 1949. She was the daughter of and predeceased by Francis J. and Louise M. LaMastra. Patty is also predeceased by her step-mother, Jean H. LaMastra.
Patty was a 1967 graduate of Granby High School. During her professional career, she owned and operated both real estate and travel businesses for many years.
Patty will always be remembered for her powerful personality, her ability to bring people together and, most notably, her superb cooking!
Left to cherish her memory are her husband and soul mate, David Chaney; her son, Brandon E. Livingston; and sisters, Linda L. LaMastra and Deborah L. Smith (Joe); as well as a large group of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
