Carrie Faye Meagher, of Virginia Beach, died Oct. 2, 2015, surrounded by her family. She was 99.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, at Haygood United Methodist Chapel, 4713 Haygood Rd. in Virginia Beach.
