B. Harvey Carroll, of Williamsburg, died Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, at the age of 73.
He is survived by his mother, Thelma Holstein; sister, Carolyn S. Holstein-Cherkaoui (Karmin); nieces, Laura Maxwell and Renee, Kristen, Alexis and Kamiya Carroll; nephews, Shawn B. Carroll, Brian L. Holstein and Vaughn Carroll; aunt, Ester West; longtime companion, Deborah Roberts; and many other family members and friends.
Harvey retired in 2014 from Brookdale Retirement Community with 30 years of service as a dining room manager.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at Bucktrout Funeral Home, 4124 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188, followed by a celebration of life at 5 p.m. Interment is private.
