Charney Cecilia Denicourt, of Virginia Beach, died suddenly on Oct. 7, 2015.
A native of New York, she spent the majority of her adult life in Virginia. She was the widow of Gerald Denicourt Sr. She was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed various crafts, baking and spending time with family and friends.
Charney was devoted to her family who include her children, Gerald Jr., Kristine, Brian Denicourt and Erin Wilson; brother and sister-in-law, James and Linda Schwartz, and their three sons; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, at Walton Funeral Home.
