Walter W. Spratley, of Williamsburg, died Aug. 20, 2015, at Riverside Doctors’ Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at noon Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015, at Whiting’s Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will assemble 15 minutes prior to the service at the chapel.
