
Eleanor Armstrong, of Williamsburg, died Thursday, June 26, 2014, at the age of 22. The exact cause of death is unknown as of yet, but it seems she may have died as a result of a seizure in her sleep.
She was born in Berkeley, Calif. and moved to Williamsburg as a toddler. She attended Waller Mill Elementary, Toano Middle and Lafayette High School. After attending Old Dominion University for two years, she was working towards becoming a registered nurse.
She will be remembered for her smile and her amazing ability to connect with people. She loved the outdoors, animals, music, movies and current affairs.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Megan Lewis and her grandfather, Bob Lewis.
She is survived by her parents, David and Marlene Armstrong; sister, Heather; loving grandparents, Richard and Diane Armstrong, Elna Lewis and Hermine Schober; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at Bucktrout of Williamsburg, followed by funeral services beginning at 7 p.m.
