JCCPD Asks for Public’s Assistance in Identifying 2 Shoplifting Suspects

JAMES CITY COUNTY — James City County Police Department (JCCPD) is looking to identify two suspects involved in a shoplifting incident that took place on Oct. 22.

According to a JCCPD Crime Alert, at approximately 5:31 p.m., two unknown females entered the Ulta located at 5225 Settlers Market Blvd. and stole several items from the store.

One of the suspects is described as a Black female with long black braided hair. At the time, she was wearing a black sweatshirt with white lettering. The second suspect is described as a Black female with red/blonde hair wearing a black Nike jacket and black/white shoes, JCCPD said.

JCCPD stated that it is unknown whether the suspects left the scene on foot or in a car.
