VIRGINIA BEACH – October is Car Care Month and AAA Car Care Centers has something up their sleeves to assist motorists in checking the health of their vehicles.
AAA is hosting a Free Car Care Clinic Event on Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at AAA Corporate Office, 5366 Virginia Beach Blvd., AAA officials said.
The event is free and open to the public and will feature free maintenance inspections and many other activities throughout the day, including:
- 40-point inspection – These inspections will include checking vital fluid levels in the vehicle, belts and hoses, tire pressure and much more.
- Child safety seat inspections– Get your child safety seat inspected by trained technicians.
- Car fit for senior drivers– Be sure you have the safest ‘fit’ in your vehicle
- Battery checks – Check the status of your battery life.
Officials said there will also be giveaways and raffle prizes during the event.
