Virginia Beach City Public Schools will be hosting a college information night on Tuesday from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.
More than 150 colleges, universities, proprietary schools and the military will have representatives available for students to interact with.
This event is free and open to middle and high school students and their parents.
Attendees will be able to ask questions about admissions, tuition, programs of study, student life and services or accommodations for students with disabilities.
In addition, participants may attend financial aid workshops scheduled for 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
College Information Night is sponsored by the division’s Office of Student Support Services.
The office also maintains Scholarship Central, an online resources for high school students to review scholarship websites and search a database of scholarship opportunities.
