Then you might want to attend a public workshop on Aug. 16 at 6 p.m. at the Lake Wright Quality Inn, 1521 Premium Outlets Boulevard, Norfolk.
At the workshop attendees can view the draft plan and make comments prior to consideration by the Planning Commission and City Council in the fall.
