VIRGINIA BEACH — If you’ve always thought about life at sea, you can attend this career fair.
Norwegian Cruise Line is hosting an event for those interested in shipboard employment on June. 5.
The career fair is free and open to the public and there will be two registrations for presentations regarding job descriptions.
The first presentation will be at 10 a.m., the second at 3 p.m., and both will beat the Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel. All attendees must register at least one hour before each presentation.

According to the event’s registration page, the following positions are available:
- Asian cuisine sous chef
- Assistant cook
- Assistant waiter
- Bar waiter
- Butcher
- Laundry personnel
- Pastry
- Restaurant steward (busser/server)
- Stateroom steward (hotel room housekeeping)
- Utility galley (dishwasher)
- Utility hotel (janitorial/housekeeping)
