NORFOLK – Need your flu shot? You can get it on Saturday, for free, at a flu clinic hosted by the city.
Starting at 10 a.m., residents can visit the clinic at Military Circle Mall in the former Macy’s parking lot for their yearly flu shot. Children must be three years of age or older.
Residents can walk up, or even drive-thru, the clinic until 2 p.m.
How can you best avoid the flu after you get a flu shot? Officials recommend washing your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds and covering your cough with a tissue instead of using your hands.
