VIRGINIA BEACH — Two Norfolk men were arrested after a double shooting during a fight in Virginia Beach Monday night, police said.
The shooting happened shortly before 6 p.m. in the 300 block of Weller Boulevard. According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, four people were in the area when the fight broke out, resulting in a man and a juvenile getting shot.
Both are expected to survive their injuries and are being treated at a local hospital.
Sequanae Jahkeem Roper, 22, of the 5000 block of Krick Street, was charged with robbery, two counts of use of a firearm, grand larceny, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and felonious assault.
Anthony Lamont Hall, 24, of the 2800 block of Sewells Point Road, was charged with use of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and felonious assault.
Both men are being held at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center without bond.
