NORFOLK — A 19-year-old man died in Ocean View Saturday evening, police said.
Around 6:30 p.m., police dispatchers were called for a possible drowning in the Chesapeake Bay at Warwick Avenue, police said. Responding officers found Christopher Joyner, of Norfolk, and rushed him to shore.
Joyner was brought to Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center, where he later died.
Police have not yet released any other information.
