VIRGINIA BEACH — Drivers who need to travel on South Military Highway Friday afternoon must use Providence Road as police work the area after a serious crash.
South Military Highway has been shut down between Providence Road and Auburn Drive, according to a tweet from the Virginia Beach Police Department.
Police have not indicated how long the road will be closed.
