NORFOLK – Police have identified a man who was found dead in Ocean View early Sunday morning as 35-year-old Michael Moore.
Dispatchers were notified at 5:50 a.m. of a person in the 2100 block of Pretty Lake Avenue. Responding officers found Moore at the scene with an “apparent” gunshot wound.
Moore was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His death has been classified as an active homicide investigation.
