VIRGINIA BEACH — Police are investigating a shooting that injured two men in the Kempsville Gardens area on Thursday.
Officers responded to the 4700 block of Sweetwood Court around 10:15 p.m. after gunshots were heard in the area. When they arrived, they found two men who had “gun shot-related injuries,” according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
The men were taken to a local hospital and are expected to survive their injuries.
