A man is accused of filming a teen in a Target dressing room. She may not be the only victim.

VIRGINIA BEACH — A man was arrested after police say he filmed a teenage girl who was changing in a Target dressing room.

Matthew Ryan Rush, 30, was arrested on June 4 and charged with producing child pornography of a minor who is 15 years or older and the unlawful filming of a minor. If found guilty, Rush could face up to 35 years in prison.

The teenager told police that she noticed Rush’s cellphone filming her while she was changing on May 22. When asked, Rush told police he’d made a similar recording before that incident, according to documents filed in Virginia Beach Circuit Court.

Police searched Rush’s cell phone and found several photos and videos of females. The images included a naked female who was filmed through a window, other females who were changing in dressing rooms and “upskirt” images, court documents show.

On July 9, police filed for a search warrant that gave them access to Rush’s Dropbox account. The search was in an effort to identify the unknown females in the videos and pictures found on Rush’s phone.

Police are currently waiting for that data to be analyzed.

Rush is scheduled to appear in Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for a preliminary hearing on Aug. 14.
