NORFOLK — Are you transitioning out of your military career and wondering what your next move should be?
Employers will join job seekers at the Ted Constant Center at Old Dominion University on Sept. 20 to help transitioning military members and veterans find new careers. Those who want to participate should register by Sept. 1.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be hosted by the Hampton Roads Community Foundation, with Navy Region Mid-Atlantic and Fleet and Family Support Programs, according to a HRCF news release.
When a person registers, they will be paired up with interested employers. The employers will put them through a pre-screening process and schedule an interview time for the day of the event.
