VIRGINIA BEACH — The 24th American Music Festival will feature performances from five headlining bands and a variety of free shows at the Oceanfront this September.

The Wallflowers, best known for their Grammy-winning album, “Bringing Down the Horse,” will play Sept. 3.

Children 12 and under are free with a paying adult.
Weekend VIP passes, which include a ticket in the front row for each concert and two free beers or wine, are $199 each. Day VIP passes that can be used for one show are $99.
Weekend VIP passes will be $150 and day passes will be $60 from July 14-31.
There will also be free concerts throughout the weekend at the 17th and 24th Street stages.
