NORFOLK — Police officers will be on the look out for dangerous drivers in Norfolk Thursday night via a DUI checkpoint.
Norfolk Police Department Public Information Officer Daniel Hudson declined to tell a Southside Daily reporter where the checkpoint would be located.
The checkpoint is part of the national “Operation Checkpoint Strikeforce,” which aims to reduce the number of impaired drivers and safety violators on the roads.
