VIRGINIA BEACH — An outdoor light likely started a fire that displaced 17 people Virginia Beach condominium complex last week, investigators say.
The fire, which was first reported shortly before noon on May 4, occurred at Summer’s Point Condominiums on Lake Drive.
Twelve units were damaged by smoke and fire, with others were damaged by water and broken glass, according to the Virginia Beach Fire Department.
