VIRGINIA BEACH — Police have located a 58-year-old man who went missing on Wednesday night and was in need of medical attention.
The Virginia Beach Police Department had listed Thomas Knapp as a “missing endangered adult.”
Knapp was found by a police officer near the intersection of Shore Drive and Joslin Street. He is being evaluated by medical personnel, police said.
