A woman is facing sexual battery charges after she allegedly sexually assaulted a doctor who was examining her at Colonial Behavioral Health.
Lt. Dennis Ivey of the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office said deputies arrested 50-year-old Rhonda Davis on Aug. 15 and charged her with felony object sexual penetration, felony aggravated sexual battery and two counts of misdemeanor simple assault in connection to the incident.
Davis’ last known address is on the 500 block of Richmond Road in Williamsburg. Ivey said the incident occurred at the CBH location on the 1600 block of Merrimac Trail.
A preliminary hearing is set for Davis at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 2.
