Business owners in Williamsburg willing to offer their expertise to shape the city’s economic development plan can now do so through a survey.

The city is updating its plan to account for the impacts of the coronavirus, officials said in a news release.

The survey asks business owners how they feel about the city as a place to do business, any challenges they are facing, and how the city can assist them.

The survey can be found here. It closes at 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6.

Those who enter their email addresses at the end of the survey are placed in a drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card, according to the news release.

The updated plan will take a comprehensive look at the city and determine the best ways to retain and increase jobs, as well as encourage investment, officials said.
