In addition to her beautiful chartreuse eyes, Betty is a bit on the sophisticated side and is only interested in the finer things at this point in her life. You see, Betty came from a home where there weren’t any finer things, where she was forced to drink water from an old dish towel. Luckily, she found her way to the Norfolk Animal Care Center (NACC) and has seen a new way of life.
