WILLIAMSBURG— On March 18, Williamsburg Police investigators arrested and
charged three men in connection with February’s fatal shooting on the 100 block of
Kings Manor Drive.
- Rasheen Jordan, a 31-year-old male of the 1000 block of Vermont Avenue in
Portsmouth. - Khalil Burch, a 28-year-old male of the 900 Block of Providence Road in
Chesapeake. - Luther Deberry, a 30-year-old male of the 900 Block of Grover Court in
Chesapeake.
According to the Williamsburg Police Department, all three have been charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
This incident remains under investigation by the Williamsburg Police Department’s
