Mosley Music was founded by owner Emily Mosley Payne in Henrico County about five years ago, and it has expanded this fall with a new location in Williamsburg at 3705 Strawberry Plains Rd. Mosley Music offers music lessons, classes and camps, and serves people of all ages. Mosley Payne visited the 92.3 FM The Tide studio to talk about the educational programs she and her team provide, including early childhood music classes, voice and instrument lessons for retired adults, and lessons for everyone in-between.
