First Night Williamsburg is looking for volunteers from the community to help pull off the 21st year of New Year’s Eve festivities.
This annual celebration is a family-oriented, non-alcoholic New Year’s Eve performing arts event that includes more than 30 different performances taking place throughout the City of Williamsburg and William & Mary’s campus.
Roughly 400 volunteers are needed to fulfill roles ranging from greeters, transportation hosts, sign distributors, admission button sales and site managers.
Volunteers can sign up for shifts in two-hour increments, and the completion of one two-hour shift entitles them to an admission button for the entire event.
