Sale shall be made subject to all existing easements and restrictive covenants as such may lawfully affect the real estate including the First Amended and Restated Time Share Instrument for King’s Creek Resorts Time Share Program, made by King’s Creek Resorts, LLC, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of York County, Virginia, in Deed Book 1065, Page 0290, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
