WILLIAMSBURG — A former Au Bon Pain Bakery Café building at the Williamsburg Pottery has been sold for $1.4 million and will become the site of a dental practice.
Allison and Robert Morrison purchased the 4,647-square-foot property at 6810 Richmond Road from Williamsburg Pottery Properties, LLC, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which announced the sale June 29.
The Morrisons plan to open a dental practice at the location. Robert Morrison is the owner and founder of Morrison Dental Group and previously served as chairman of the Thomas Nelson Community College Dental Hygiene Advisory Board.
Alison Morrison serves as chief operations officer for Morrison Dental Group and director of education at Morrison Education Center, which provides training and education programs.
