
WILLIAMSBURG — A former Au Bon Pain Bakery Café building at the Williamsburg Pottery has been sold for $1.4 million and will become the site of a dental practice.
DA23-7, LLC purchased the 4,647-square-foot property at 6810 Richmond Road from Williamsburg Pottery Properties, LLC, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which closed on June 29.
Morrisons Dental group plans to open a dental practice at the location. Robert Morrison is the owner and founder of Morrison Dental Group and previously served as chairman of the Thomas Nelson Community College Dental Hygiene Advisory Board.
Alison Morrison serves as chief operations officer for Morrison Dental Group and director of education at Morrison Education Center, which provides training and education programs.
