WILLIAMSBURG— Broad Street Realty, owner of the Midtown Row shopping district, has recently signed leases with Voodoo Brewing Company, Plato’s Closet, and The Whale Tea.
Voodoo Brewing Company is a national brewpub that will be locally owned and operated. Its drink menu will consist of craft beers, cocktails, and wine. Food options will said to include flatbreads, sandwiches, salads, and more. Voodoo Brewing Company recently opened a location in Virginia Beach. It will be located at 100 College Row, Suite 4101-4103.
Plato’s Closet will be opening 4,792 square feet, adjacent to Cook’s Burger Bar. According to the company website, “Plato’s Closet makes it easy for sustainability-focused teens and young adults to buy affordably and sell gently used clothes, shoes and accessories for cash on the spot. Each Plato’s Closet location is individually owned and operated by local business owners.” Broad Street Realty said it believes that this will be a perfect location for The College of William & Mary students and the extended Williamsburg community to enjoy.
The Whale Tea is a national bubble tea store with locations primarily on the East Coast. The Whale Tea will offer a variety of bubble teas. Their address will be 101 College Row, Suite 4017.
Broad Street Realty, Midtown Row, said in a release that it is thrilled to bring these exciting concepts to Williamsburg. Currently, there are no opening dates set for any of these businesses.
