The event will give visitors the opportunity to meet the owners and celebrate the new business that has arrived in Williamsburg this year.
“The corporate is sending out the largest RV [recreational vehicle] coach wrapped in Pedego and they travel around to all the different dealers and we have this party for the Pedego owners called Pedego Palooza,” said the Owner Amy Oliver. “That’s going to be here on March 14, and I’m tying it in with the grand opening celebration.”
The celebration will feature the tour bus, prizes, food, and group rides around Historic Williamsburg on Pedego bikes.
“We’re right there on Monticello and it’s got a nice safe bike trail to head towards the new town area,” Oliver said.
The soft opening for the Williamsburg location took place in January 2022. This is the first location for Pedego Bikes in the Historic Triangle. Pedego Electric Bikes also has another location in Downtown Norfolk.
The company not only sells electric bikes, but also offers rentals that will allow visitors to ride around Williamsburg and the surrounding area for the day.
More information on Pedego’s Williamsburg location can be found on its Facebook page.
The Pedego Williamsburg Ribbon Cutting and Pedego Palooza also have an event web page set up, and that information can be found on its official Eventbrite webpage.
