WILLIAMSBURG — On Wednesday, Sept. 14, Cale Development, LLC broke ground on the third and final phase of the Holly Hills neighborhood in Williamsburg.

Cale Development, LLC is a Williamsburg-based developer which is owned and operated by Hatcher Cale and his son, John. The company has been working with Sky Blue Home, a local home builder that specializes in new residential community construction on the Hampton Roads Peninsula.

This final phase will include 35 luxury townhomes with enhanced exterior features, which, according to Shelia Byers of Sky Blue Homes, LLC, include the architectural guidelines for the City of Williamsburg Corridor Protection District.
