The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man they say stole a purse from a parked car near the Holiday Inn located at 200 English Gardens Way in Williamsburg.
According to a YPSO news release, the suspect broke into the window of a vehicle on Oct. 18 and, after stealing a purse, attempted to use one of the stolen credit cards from the purse at a Food Lion in Newport News. The transaction was declined.
YPSO asks that anyone who recognizes the suspect pictured above or has any information about the incident call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or the FB TIP Line at 757 890-4999.
