Dancers from the Virginia Regional Ballet premiered excerpts from “The Nutcracker” last weekend before the production opened in its entirety this weekend.
Youngsters wearing pointe shoes and ballet slippers performed Dec. 5 at New Town Art Gallery’s 2014 Holiday Season Party.
The gallery regularly hosts public evenings of entertainment when it changes its guest artists every few months.
Violinist David Saxton also performed that evening for guests.
