
Nine students of the Virginia Regional Ballet have been accepted to prestigious summer ballet schools, and the dance school has seven scholarships available for summer camps this year.
Virginia Regional Ballet (VRB) offers its congratulations to students who were accepted into various prestigious ballet summer programs.
Isabella Gordineer will attend the American Ballet Theatre, Cayley Wilson will attend Interlochen Center for the Arts and Joffrey Ballet School; Olivia Carpenter was accepted to Joffrey Ballet School and Richmond Ballet; Savannah George will attend Kirov Ballet Academy, Joffrey Ballet School, and Richmond Ballet; Emili Finn was accepted to Pennsylvania Regional Ballet; Amaris Mills will attend Ballet Magnificat; and Christy Opie was accepted to American Ballet Theatre. Adelena and Miranda Bracken will both attend Pennsylvania Regional Ballet.
Also, the VRB has seven full scholarships available for its three-week fitness camps this summer, thanks to funding by the Williamsburg Community Health Foundation. Visit the VRB website for information about the camps.
