Lackey Free Clinic received two recent donations from local businesses.
The Orthopaedic and Spine Center in Newport News donated to Lackey at the end of March. The group has supported the Clinic since April 2009.
The Exchange Club of York also recently made a donation, and it has been supporting the Clinic since May 2005.
The patients of the Lackey Free Clinic live at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level. The Clinic provides medical, dental, behavior health and medications for the working poor who cannot afford insurance, co-pays or medications.
