CarePlex Orthopaedic Ambulatory Surgery Center (COASC) recently donated $40,000 to Olde Towne Medical Center (OTMC).
“We are most pleased to share the news of this generous donation,” says OTMC Board Member Nancy Marsh.
COASC specializes in outpatient orthopaedic surgery with services provided exclusively by physicians from Tidewater Orthopaedic Associates. It is the only center on the Peninsula dedicated solely to outpatient orthopedic surgery with a focus on hand, shoulder, knee and foot/ankle procedures.
Olde Towne Medical Center is a safety net clinic that provides medical services to people with no medical insurance. It provides service to more than 1,000 people each month.
