The Carefree Boat Club of Williamsburg received the 2012 Membership Excellence Award at Carefree Boat Club’s Annual Conference last month.
The local group won the award based on positive member feedback, member retention, market impact, and community involvement.
The Carefree Boat Club is a national network of shared-fleet boating clubs that offers its members hassle-free access to a variety of well-maintained boats.
The Williamsburg club, one of twenty-seven Carefree locations along the east and south U.S. coasts, is located at Two River’s Marina on the James River. The group will launch its fourth season in Williamsburg this April.
