
Gavin Homan scored a pair of second-half goals as York coasted to a 4-0 road win against Bruton on Tuesday.
Cameron Dail scored York’s lone first-half goal in the 15th minute off an assist from Max Poelker. Dail’s goal gave the Falcons a 1-0 halftime edge.
Nick Avis opened the scoring in the second half, scoring off Poelker’s second assist in the 48th minute.
With York leading Bruton 2-0, Homan scored back-to-back goals in the 60th and 75th minute. Homan’s first goal came off an assist from David Lee, while his second came from a Poelker free kick.
York (10-1) will look to start a new multi-game win streak as the Falcons host Tabb on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Bruton (5-3) will try to rebound at home against Jamestown on Friday.

Warhill Plays to Draw With Poquoson
A Daniel Cretney goal in the 78th minute helped Warhill earn a 3-3 draw with Poquoson at home Tuesday.
Warhill fell behind 2-0 early in the first half, but Jared Ford’s goal in the 15th minute off a Noah Leon assist put the Lions on the board.
Five minutes later, Ford scored his second goal of the game to knot the game up at 2-2.
Poquoson scored on a penalty kick in the 70th minute to take a 3-2 lead, but Cretney’s goal tied the game at 3-3 and sent it into extra time.
Neither team was able to break through in overtime, resulting in the game ending in a tie.
Warhill (5-2-2) will host Grafton on Thursday.
