Three boys soccer players from Grafton and two from Jamestown were named to the Virginia High School Coaches Association 4A boys soccer all-state first team released this week.
Senior Forward Aaron Kaye, who scored 21 goals in leading Grafton to its first state-semifinal appearance since the 2008 season, was voted to the all-state first team along with teammates Nick Dey and Dom DiGangi.
Jamestown junior midfielder Jeff Wolons, who finished the season with six goals and six assists, and senior defender Matt Cullom were also voted to the all-state first team. Eagles senior forward Noah Pescara earned second team honors.
