WILLIAMSBURG — Williamsburg REALTORS volunteered for a Build Day with Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg dedicated to the construction of a new home for the Robinson family.
The association said a team of its members swapped their usual daily routines for hammers and tool belts, working alongside the Habitat Construction team to bring a safe and stable home to life. Throughout the day, volunteers helped with framing, hammering, and building walls — critical steps in turning the Robinson family’s dream of homeownership into reality.
“We believe in giving back to the community, and what better way than helping a family build a place they can call home?” said Crisney Brooks, 2025 President. “This partnership with Habitat for Humanity allows us to put our values into action, creating a lasting change one nail at a time.”
Williamsburg REALTORS said it is committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen our
communities, and participating in Build Day is just one of the many ways it gives back, and
encourages others to get involved with Habitat for Humanity to help more families achieve safe and affordable housing.
