Road Closures in James City County and York County Scheduled for Nov. 6 and 7

HISTORIC TRIANGLE — Motorists can expect road closures Nov. 6 and 7 in James City County and York County, according to Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

Projects include:

On I-64 in James City County, from mile marker 224.4 to mile marker 246.7, motorists can expect potential delays in this area from Nov. 6 at 9 p.m until Nov. 7 at 5 a.m. due to roadside maintenance. All east lanes are alternating closures. All west lanes are alternating closures.

On U.S. Route 60 (Richmond Road) in James City County from Lightfoot Road; Route 646 north and south (York County), motorists can expect potential delays in this area from Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. until Nov. 7 at 7 a.m. due to paving operations. The east left lane, left center lane, right center lane, and right lane are alternating closures. The west left lane, left center lane, right center lane, and right lane are alternating closures.

On Route 645 (Airport Road) in James City County from Richmond Road; U.S. Route 60 east to Mooretown Road; Route 645 east and west (York County), motorists can expect potential delays in this area from Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. until Nov. 7 at 7 a.m. due to paving operations. The east through lanes are alternating closures. The west through lanes are alternating closures.
